In honor of this annual transition, USA Football, the NFL, and the NFL Players Association are teaming up once again to celebrate the start of the season and salute the participants in youth, high school, and college football with PLAY FOOTBALL MONTH. Play Football Month is the "Worlds Largest Youth Football Celebration" and was created as a grassroots campaign to promote the sport of football at all levels from youth leagues to the NFL and offers clinics, skills competitions, scrimmages, picnics and parades for football fans in communities throughout the country.
